TASTING NOTES
Deep nose with notes of cherry, black chocolate, black pepper, rock-rose and earthy hints. Big mouth with excellent tension and surprising juiciness. Long after taste with notes of chocolate but also earth and vegetables always giving freshness.
HOW TO SERVE
Should be served at 17-18ºC.
To be paired with roasted or stewed veal or lamb or stewed game meat.
Grape varieties
Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Grand Noir and Castelão.

TASTING NOTES
Complex nose with notes of clay and chalk. Fruity notes of apricot, grapefruit and hints of spices and aromatic herbs. Big volume, structure and freshness in the mouth, with a large tasting beginning and a tense and long final, which provides it a great gastronomic aptitude.
HOW TO SERVE
Roasted fish in the oven, fish stew, fish and seafood rice, codfish, octopus, poultry meat and Japanese food.
