TASTING NOTES
Nose with notes of cherry, paprika and pepper, complemented by chocolate hints. Engaging and smooth mouth feel with full body where we can find mineral notes along with hints of fruit and chocolate that linger in the long after taste.

HOW TO SERVE
Should be served at a temperature between 16º-18ºC.
To be paired with roasted or grilled meats, cod fish or traditional Portuguese dish “Cozido à Portuguesa”.

TASTING NOTES
Nose with citrus fruits, dominated by tangerine and lime, mineral notes, spices and fine hints of beeswax and brioche. Mouth of a voluminous and succulent character but with freshness and tension in a long after taste.

HOW TO SERVE
Should be served at a temperature between 10-12ºC.
To be paired with roasted fish, fish stews, seafood and fish risottos, codfish, octopus, poultry and Japanese cuisine.

Arinto, Fernão Pires, Syrah and Bical.

TASTING NOTES
Elegant and fragrant nose with notes of cassis, red pepper and cocoa. Fine vegetable hints to give freshness. Fresh and full-bodied mouth with firm but fine tannins. Mineral and fresh character that will develop very well with some bottle time.

HOW TO SERVE
To be paired with stews, roasted meat (pork or beed), traditional dishes, such as "Feijoada", "Cozido à Portuguesa" or "Chanfana".

Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet.
